Child allowance

In Germany parents get paid child allowance, from the day of birth until they reach the age of 18, for each child. After the age of 18 you have to apply a subsequent application approval.

Taking into account the income limit and that the child is still within an apprenticeship or looking for an apprenticeship, child allowance will be paid until the maximum age of 25.
