The Foreign Office is your first contact, if you or one of your family member does not have the German nationality. For example we take care of your registration, re- and deregistration. Besides that, we like to help you with any kinds of questions concerning your arrival in Mülheim. Your contact person is listed and sorted by the initials of your surname in this table.

Attention! For registrations an appointment is always needed!
We want to make sure that there is enough time for your belongings and we want to avoid longer waiting times.

• Monday and Tuesday: 8.00 a.m. until 12.00 p.m. - open office hours
• Wednesday: by appointment only!
• Thursday: 8.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. until 5.00 p.m. - open office hours
• Friday: closed
